Is there a way to possibly get thicker hair?

My hair is naturally really really flat and thin, so I was wondering if there was any way if I can somehow treat it to get thicker and more volumized hair? thanks

Increase your protein intake - i.e. eggs, cheese, beans - and also eat avocado (like in guacamole). Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. You'll see a significant improvement in your hair in about 2 weeks.

YES!!!! i started taking suppliments from the health food store and my hair is much thicker than it was 6 months ago.

Tonalin, Collagen, and Biotin

talk to your doctor though, 'cause I'm not a medical professional. Not sure how these supplements interact with other medications and bodies. Just letting you know what worked for me.

You need to try a moisturizer with a thickness formula and try a root stimulator for thickness and bounce. You also need a good conditioner and shampoo. After you wash your hair apply a good conditioner, wrap your hair with a warm wet towel and sit under the dryer for 15 minutes and then rinse.Lastly, put some wrap lotion or setting lotion on your hair and get under the dryer for 15 more minutes and comb down once your hair is dried.I will not tell you to do anything that I have not tried.Just worth a try!!!
