How do you get thicker hair?

There are several methods to use for thicker hair; 1) Use Volumizing shampoos and Avoid creme rinse conditioners. They weigh hair down. Spray leave-In conditioners are OK. 2) Hot-Oil Treatments also add volume and body to hair. Once every two weeks. 3) Medical research proved that Vitamin B-5 (pantothenic acid) "Panthenol" was able to increase the diameter of each hair by up to 10%. On a single hair that is not much, but on a whole head of hair that is a huge difference. The other B vitamins are also excellent for the hair to add shine and flex. So you may want to include that in your diet. Nails will also become thicker by using B-5. 4) Styling products that use words like volumizing, bodifying, amplifying, root-lifting, and other related terms will work well. Stay away from products that say for definition and control as these will glue hair down flat. Apply products to the hair root area, that is where volume is created. 5) Blow dry hair upside down techniques work OK. as well as using Velcro rollers. 6) Get a haircut that is suitable for your frame and style. Razor texturing can create volume in the hair if done right. 7) body wave perm can also add volume to hair. 8) Hair-piece clip-ons can add tons of body, thickness and volume to your hair. See your stylist for more info. ~Good luck.
